North Star Manganese Inc (NSM) was organized as a Minnesota corporation in 2019 and is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Nevada Silver Corporation, a Canadian-based publicly traded company.

Nevada Silver Corporation is traded on the Canadian Toronto Stock Exchange Venture Exchange (TSX-V:NSC) and on the U.S. Over-The-Counter (OTC) Market Exchange (OTCQB: NVDSF).

North Star Manganese has an experienced team of experts in exploration, mining, processing, and financing. Management averages over 30 years of exploration and mining industry experience, and collectively have explored, developed, operated, and closed economically and environmentally successful mining operations in the US and abroad.

Our Experience

North Star Manganese was organized to advance the development of the Emily Manganese Project and to participate in the rapid growth in demand for high-purity manganese for the battery, electric vehicle, and electric storage markets.

Each of North Star Manganese’s personnel have more than 30 years of experience in exploration and mining and more than 10 years in developing materials for battery production.

North Star Manganese also relies on Minnesota, U.S. and international consultants with expertise and experience in Minnesota mineral and environmental projects.

North Star Manganese's broad industry expertise in exploration, project development and mining will help it bring established “best practices” and market-leading techniques to the Emily Manganese Project.
